Start Your Therapy
Duration: 3–6 weeks
(about 2 therapeutic letters per week)
- You’ll be guided by your personal therapist.
- Sessions take place exclusively in our secure online system.
- Regular participation and timely replies help the therapy succeed.
If contact is interrupted or in emergencies, your therapist will reach out through the messaging system or by phone.
Feedback
Short feedback interview and follow-up questionnaires at 3 and 6 months after completion
