Start Your Therapy

Duration: 3–6 weeks
(about 2 therapeutic letters per week)

  • You’ll be guided by your personal therapist.
  • Sessions take place exclusively in our secure online system.
  • Regular participation and timely replies help the therapy succeed.

If contact is interrupted or in emergencies, your therapist will reach out through the messaging system or by phone.
