Our 5-step counseling program is

Completely free of charge — We believe that everyone deserves access to mental health support — no matter their background or financial situation.

Confidential and secure — We protect your privacy and safety. Nobody else, except your counselor, can read what you are sharing with them.

Provided by experienced Arabic-speaking counselors Our counselors have been qualified in this specific writing-based approach and receive regular supervision and further trainings.

We support you in building on your strengths and develop practical strategies that work for your life and situation.

A counselor reviews your answers in the questionnaire. If anything is unclear, they will contact you via our messaging system for a short call.

Start Your Counseling

Begin your writing-based counseling program.

Duration: 2–4 weeks (about 2 letters per week)

  • You’ll be guided by your personal counselor.
  • Sessions take place exclusively in our secure online system.
  • Regular participation and timely replies help the counseling succeed.

Our counseling are not suitable for you if:

  • you are under 18 years
  • you have had a suicidal attempt in the last 2 years
  • you have concrete plans to end your own life
