Completely free of charge — We believe that everyone deserves access to mental health support — no matter their background or financial situation.
Confidential and secure — We protect your privacy and safety. Nobody else, except your counselor, can read what you are sharing with them.
Provided by experienced Arabic-speaking counselors — Our counselors have been qualified in this specific writing-based approach and receive regular supervision and further trainings.
We support you in building on your strengths and develop practical strategies that work for your life and situation.
About the counseling process

Written Diagnostic Assessment
Tell us more about your problem.
Fill out a short questionnaire about your wellbeing and formulate your counseling concern.
Takes about 20 minutes
- Please provide your contact details and a personal email address.
- You’ll need internet access throughout your treatment.
- All data is securely protected.
Optional: Personal Voice Interview
A counselor reviews your answers in the questionnaire. If anything is unclear, they will contact you via our messaging system for a short call.
Start Your Counseling
Begin your writing-based counseling program.
Duration: 2–4 weeks (about 2 letters per week)
- You’ll be guided by your personal counselor.
- Sessions take place exclusively in our secure online system.
- Regular participation and timely replies help the counseling succeed.
Feedback
Short follow-up questionnaire after the end of the counseling.
Takes about 10 minutes
Your feedback helps us improve and supports ongoing research.
Other forms of mental health support

Our counseling are not suitable for you if:
- you are under 18 years
- you have had a suicidal attempt in the last 2 years
- you have concrete plans to end your own life
